Clear scope, no mystery math

Transition support is scoped. Buyouts are offered item by item or lot by lot.

Some projects are paid transition support. Some are direct buyouts. Some are a combination. We explain the difference up front so you understand what you are paying for, what we may purchase, and what should be handled by another provider.

Estate goals

A family review, post-sale lot, realtor deadline, or collection buyout each needs a different plan.

Belongings & volume

A few visible items, a dense tool room, and a full estate lot require different review time.

Access & handling

Stairs, parking, packed rooms, fragile items, large tools, and heavy equipment affect the scope.

Buyout potential

Tools, collections, electronics, vintage goods, equipment, and useful lots may support a direct offer.

Research & testing

Higher-value items may need testing, market checks, condition review, and resale-risk consideration.

Scope boundaries

Restricted items, disposal-only material, demolition debris, hazardous materials, or licensed-provider needs are excluded or referred out.

Why we do not publish one universal rate: an estate-sale remainder, a high-value tool collection, and a simple family set-aside project do not require the same time, risk, or research. A useful quote separates service scope from any buyout offer instead of hiding everything inside one vague number.

Photos, location, timeline, and a short description of the estate contents are the fastest start. Tool-heavy, collection-heavy, or unusual properties may need a walkthrough.
